Appointment Overview
Arrival (Pre Check-In)
Your first visit can be scheduled online or via phone with someone at our office. We try to make care as convenient for you as possible, that’s why we offer our convenient pre-check-in which we suggest completing online in advance of your appointment. This will make your clinic check-in process, easier and faster!

Arrival (Primary Check-In)
When you arrive for your visit, you will be greeted by one of our Front Office Coordinators and asked to complete your primary check-in using our tablets. You may also check-in online right from your phone. We understand it may appear as though you’re doing the same thing twice, but we can assure you this is not the case.
The primary check-in, is used to address and capture co-payments and any consents forms that may have been missed during the pre-check in. We have a large comfortable waiting room, and value your time so you shouldn’t have much of a wait!

Examination
We pride ourselves on treating patients as whole people and we’ve designed our customer experience to reflect this.
We will answer your questions thoroughly and to the best of our ability, and if you have any questions that cannot be addressed in the moment, we will schedule a follow up appointment, as necessary. If you require labs our Medical Assistants will direct you to the appropriate place where you will get them drawn.
